What are your shipping policies?
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from within Canada.
Domestic Shipping: Available Canada-wide.
Flat Rate: $20 CAD
Free Shipping: Orders over $250 CAD
Shipping & Processing:
Orders are processed and tracking information is provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders ship Monday–Friday, with weekend orders shipping the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What are your return and refund policies?
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Integrity Peptides, product quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. All orders are carefully inspected and shipped in tamper-evident packaging.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are limited to shipping damage, verified product defects, or unopened products in original sealed condition. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
For quality control and chain-of-custody integrity, returned products are securely disposed of and never reintroduced into inventory.
Refunds or replacements may be issued in cases of verified issues or confirmed non-delivery.

What kind of testing do you do?

All products offered by Integrity Peptides undergo independent third-party laboratory testing, with batch-specific Certificates of Analysis provided to document the material tested.
Our testing includes both purity and endotoxin analysis. Each Certificate of Analysis is tied to a specific batch, helping ensure that the documentation you review corresponds directly to the product being offered. We believe this kind of clear, batch-level verification is an important part of building trust and maintaining transparency.

We also maintain a permanent Historical COA Database, where previous batch Certificates of Analysis are archived as newer batches replace them.
Do you ship with discreet packaging?
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names listed on the exterior. We take care to prepare each shipment securely prior to dispatch and value customer privacy throughout the fulfillment process.
What payment methods do you accept?
Integrity Peptides accepts all major credit cards, as well as Interac e-Transfer for customers who prefer direct bank payments. Credit card transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers using industry-standard encryption. Interac e-Transfer offers a reliable, bank-level option with end-to-end security and authentication through your financial institution. Clear instructions are provided at checkout to ensure a smooth and secure payment experience.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
We offer volume-based pricing for qualified laboratories, research organizations, and repeat institutional buyers.
To maintain consistent quality standards, testing cadence, and fulfillment accuracy, bulk and wholesale pricing is currently handled on a case-by-case basis rather than through automated checkout discounts.
